Britannica Elementary: Designed for elementary and early middle school levels.  It contains thousands of short articles from nations of the world to animals and sports.
Encyclopedia Britannica Online for Kids: Includes video, animation, and audio clips.  Provides help on writing research papers, book reviews, science reports and oral presentations.
Kids Search: Is designed for students in grades K through 5.  It provides information on nonfiction books, animals, historic information to name a few.
Kids.gov: Provides links to thousands of web pages from government agencies, schools, and educational organizations intended for kids and is grouped by grade level and subject.
KidsClick! Web Search for Kids: Contains links to sites for kids on different topics such as current events, science, math, fine arts, sports and recreation to name few.
World Almanacs: Includes biographies, encyclopedia entries, facts and statistics on topics such as arts and entertainment, U.S. cities and states, people in the news, the nations of the world, sports, the environment, vital statistics, science and technology and computers.
Searchasaurus Primary/Elementary School Search: Provides a dinosaur theme in an effort to encourage students to enhance and develop basic search strategies.
Funk & Wagnalls New World Encyclopedia (for children): Is a general encyclopedia in Searchasaurus, contains general information appropriate for students.
